All orders are delivered with free standard gift wrapping, with the option of adding a personal message.

A deluxe Signature Brigade Mondaine gift pack, including a satin pouch, a choker and a customizable card, is available for a fee at checkout.

Brigade Mondaine does not charge taxes (VAT FR 20%) for customers outside the EU.

To benefit from this, the customer must reside and be delivered outside the EU.

For reasons of hygiene, all items for intimate or sexual use cannot be returned. This includes

• Intimate cosmetics
• Breast jewelry (nippies, pasties, clips)
• Foot accessories, stockings and tights

• Harnesses, thongs or jewelled bodysuits
• Most BDSM accessories

Products customized or made to order by our designers for Brigade Mondaine (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A, HERVÉ by Céline Marie, RE:STRICT) or identified as such on the product sheet are neither returned nor exchanged. These items are specially prepared and packaged for each customer. We recommend that you come and try them on in store.

Products on sale, outlet or liquidation cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The same applies to limited-edition products, gift packaging and orders placed with gift cards.

Gift packaging are neither returned nor exchanged. LIMITED EDITION event products are neither returned nor exchanged.

Preserve the unique shine and texture of your Impudique Lingerie, Maison Catanzaro pieces with a few simple steps. We recommend the use of care products specially designed for wetlook and vinyl, to preserve the suppleness and shine of the materials.

Wash gently by hand in lukewarm water. Wash with similar colors. Never use bleach. Do not dry-clean. Avoid tumble-drying. Avoid prolonged contact with light colors: dark colors can bleed. Store your wetlook or colored vinyl items in a plastic cover or individual protection to prevent color transfer.
