Brigade Mondaine is an e-commerce site accessible on the Internet which offers for sale a selection of erotic lingerie and designer accessories. Any order for a Product on the Site implies express acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale, without the need for a handwritten signature by the Customer. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions for the sale of Products on the following websites brigademondaine.fr and brigademondaine.com

Article 1. Products

1.1 Products

The Products offered for sale by Brigade Mondaine are those presented on the Site, on the day of consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks.
The products offered comply with current French legislation and applicable standards. The photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics that illustrate the products presented are not contractual. Therefore, the responsibility of Brigade Mondaine could not be engaged in case of error, omission or modification of the characteristics of the products by the suppliers. Customer satisfaction is the priority of Brigade Mondaine. Do not hesitate to contact us by email if you need advice for your order. 

Gift Cards | Terms and Conditions

You order the Gift Card like any other item.
The Gift Card is sent by e-mail. By default, the Card will be sent to you. We can send it to the person of your choice; please indicate the name and e-mail address of the person you wish to give it to in the "Comments" field of your order.
Once your order has been processed, the Gift Card and all relevant information will be sent to you by e-mail.
The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The Gift Card is unbreakable and must be spent all at once. The total amount of the order must be equal to or greater than the total amount of the Gift Card(s) used. If the amount of the order is less than the amount of the Gift Card(s), the balance is lost, there is no refund or credit. If the amount of the order is higher than the amount of the Gift Card(s), you will have to pay the difference with the payment method of your choice.
Cumulative with each other, with sales, current promotions and free delivery. Non-refundable, non-exchangeable. The purchase of Gift Cards is not subject to VAT.

1.2. Awards

The prices of the products on the Site are expressed in Euro (€) and payable in Euros. The value added tax, if applicable, is automatically calculated during the validation of the basket of the current order. The prices of the Products can be modified at any time by Brigade Mondaine, with the exception of any sale of a Product already concluded at the price displayed on the Site.
The prices indicated do not include postage and packing, which will be invoiced and specified to the Customer at the time of the final validation of his order.
Products may be invoiced excluding VAT for orders placed and delivered outside the European Community and for EEC companies with an intra-Community VAT number. 

As of 1 July 2021, Brigade Mondaine applies the reform of the common EU reliable VAT collection via the One-Stop-Shop. VAT is declared and paid in the Member State where the goods are received.

1.3. Customs

Any order placed on the Brigade Mondaine site and delivered outside France may be subject to taxes, customs duties and import bans. The customer orders in full awareness and acknowledges that he/she is fully aware of the legislation in force in his/her country before ordering from the Brigade Mondaine site. Taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, who is fully liable for declarations and payments to the competent authorities in his or her country. If the customer orders and has delivered products that are not authorized in their country, Brigade Mondaine cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. In the event of blocking, loss or destruction of the order by the authorities of the country of destination, all costs will be charged to the customer.

1.4. Special orders

Brigade Mondaine offers a made-to-measure service for creations, corsets, waistbands and accessories. When this possibility is mentioned in the Product sheet, send the necessary measurements or specify your request in the order comment block on the billing page. Brigade Mondaine will treat this request with attention. In this case, the delivery time may be up to 75 working days, as these pieces are manufactured in accordance with the traditions of the garment industry. You can contact our customer service to ensure that the necessary information is transmitted correctly. 

1.5. Promotional offers and discount codes

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other current promotions, are applicable only once per order and do not apply to shipping costs, unless otherwise specified. The offers cannot be valid on gift cards, as well as on certain products (Signatures ranges or new collections) unless otherwise specified. Promotional offers are not redeemable for their monetary value and cannot be reused in a new order. The promotional offers can in no case give rise to a retroactivity on an order placed at a previous date nor to a refund.

The Signatures Bordelle, Signature Studio Pia ranges, the Couture de Nuit brand, the Upko ultra-luxury range and the Brigade Mondaine Sets are not eligible for special offers.

Article 2. Registration, validation and payment of orders

2.1. Registration of the order

To complete the order of the Products he has selected, every Internet User will have to identify himself, either by entering his customer number and his email if he already has an account with Brigade Mondaine, or by filling in the registration form. In this form, the Customer will indicate name, first name, address, telephone and e-mail. The Customer will then validate the order form that will appear on the screen, summarizing: the nature, quantity and price of the Products selected, as well as the total amount of the order, his contact details and the delivery address of the Products. If the client wishes to make a gift, he/she has the possibility to choose a delivery address different from the billing address. This step is carried out at the time the order is validated. The recipient will receive his/her package without any invoice. The latter being sent directly to you by e-mail and accessible from your customer account. The Customer must be a natural person and aged 18 or over.

2.2. Validation of the order

Validation of the order by the customer implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are formally accepted by ticking the appropriate box. The amount due by the Customer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation. The sale will be concluded upon payment of the selected Products.

2.3. Payment of the order

To pay for your order, you can choose between different types of payment:

• PayPal (in one or more instalments) :

Pay with PayPal, by credit cards (Visa - MasterCard - Amex - National Bank Card - Aurore - VPay Card - Cofinoga Privilège - Cofidis 4 stars - Discover - Maestro ...) bank accounts or PayPal balance. Paying for your order with PayPal does not incur any additional costs. 

You can pay in 4X without fees with PayPal on thousands of sites including Brigade Mondaine whose account is certified. If your 4X Payment application is approved, you enter into a contract with PayPal. This means that PayPal is the lender and not Brigade Mondaine. Payment is 100% secured and encrypted via SSL and TLS protocols ensuring totally secure data transmission.

Brigade Mondaine has no possibility of knowing the banking data transmitted by the Customer to the online payment site, as the Customer's banking data do not pass through Brigade Mondaine's computer system.

In case of cancellation of the order at the customer's request, the PayPal fees (not recoverable by Brigade Mondaine) will be deducted from the final credit.

• Mollie - Stripe - Bank & Credit Cards :

Mollie and Stripe allow you to pay by credit or debit card. Paying with Mollie is free of charge. 

Payment by Apple Pay possible.

Payments are made securely via the Mollie or Stripe systems, which feature strong authentication, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) data encryption, HSTS and AES-256 encryption.

The information transmitted is encrypted and no third party can read it during transport on the network. The payment platforms are PCI-certified, an international security standard that guarantees data security.

Brigade Mondaine has no access to these data. Brigade Mondaine does not keep any banking information.

In the event of cancellation of the order at the customer's request, Mollie or Stripe fees (not recoverable by Brigade Mondaine) will be deducted from the final credit note.

• Klarna (payment in three instalments - Order ≥ 500 €) :

Brigade Mondaine offers the possibility to pay in 3 instalments without fees, to customers residing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Finland and France.

The costs are fully covered by Brigade Mondaine. No fees are charged to the Client.

The debit schedule and the amounts are displayed during the transaction and sent to the customer by e-mail as a reminder.

Access to the payment facility is reserved for individuals (natural persons of legal age) and professionals (legal entities) residing in Metropolitan France.

These persons must be holders of a Visa, Mastercard or Bank Card issued in the countries listed. This card must be valid for at least one month after the last due date of the payment facility. Systematic authorization cards, credit cards, prepaid cards, virtual cards and foreign cards are not accepted.

The Client undertakes that the Service Provider may withdraw from its bank account the sums due on the dates specified in the special conditions. The Customer agrees that the claim that the Vendor will have against it may be assigned to a third party.

The terms of return on an order paid by KLARNA are the general terms in force. Gift cards are not eligible for payment in installments.

• Payment in Crypto-currencies (digital currencies)

Brigade Mondaine accepts payments in digital currencies via the UTRUST conversion platform.

In the event of cancellation or return of an order paid for with Crypto-currencies, there will be no refund possible in euros, only a credit note valid on the store for 1 year. In the event of order cancellation at the customer's request, UTRUST fees (not recoverable by Brigade Mondaine) will be deducted from the final credit note.

• Bank transfer :

The Customer is responsible for any bank transfer charges levied by his bank. Brigade Mondaine must receive the net amount of the order. Do not forget to specify your name and order number in the reason for your transfer. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

• Giropay, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Belfius Direct Net, Giropay, KBC/CBC, Przelewy24, SOFORT Banking
• Payment by Gift Card(s) :

The Brigade Mondaine offers its customers the opportunity to purchase Gift Cards with a pre-determined amount.

The Gift Card is sent by email or postal mail to the purchaser or to the person indicated by the purchaser.

The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

The Gift Card is unbreakable and must be spent in one go, on one and the same order, the amount of which must be equal to or greater than the total amount of the Gift Card(s) used.

The payment of the purchases can be completed by another means of payment if the total of the order is higher than the amount of the Gift Card.

Gift Cards can be combined with each other, with current promotions, sales and free shipping.

Gift Cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

The purchase of Gift Cards is not subject to VAT.

2.4. Confirmation of the order

When the customer has completed his payment, a summary of the order will be sent to the email address indicated. This confirmation will include all the elements of the sales contract.

2.5. Verification of payments

Brigade Mondaine checks all the orders that have been validated on its site. These controls aim to protect Brigade Mondaine from abusive practices operated by fraudsters.

Our customer service department may ask you via e-mail all the documents necessary to release your order (proof of address or identity ... etc..).

2.6. Duty-free purchases for non-EU residents

Brigade Mondaine does not charge value-added taxes (20%) for customers outside the EU. To benefit from this, the customer must reside and be delivered outside the EU. The price displayed takes account of the tax exemption.

Article 3. Processing & Delivery of the Order

Orders in "Standard delivery", placed from Monday to Friday, before 12 noon, are processed the same day and are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holidays and vacations).

Express delivery" orders, placed from Monday to Friday, before 12 noon, are processed the same day and are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holidays and vacations).

All orders placed after 12 noon are processed the next business day (excluding weekends, holidays and vacations). Orders placed on Friday after 12pm are processed the following Monday (excluding holidays and annual leave).

The order is shipped in a discreet package in which the products will be protected and covered with tissue paper. No external mark will indicate the contents of the package.

Delivery methods for Metropolitan France : "Standard delivery" or "Express delivery" with proof of deposit, tracking and insurance, see prices in article 5.

Brigade Mondaine uses the most suitable service provider (GLS, Colissimo, CHRONOPOST, UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT...) to respond favorably to requests for Standard or Express delivery. The average delivery time for Standard delivery in France is 2 to 3 working days. The average delivery time for Express France is 12 to 24 working hours.

International delivery methods : "Standard delivery" or "Express delivery" with proof of deposit, tracking and insurance, see rates in article 5.

Please never accept a damaged or open package. If the customer acknowledges receipt, it is up to him to make a complaint to the postal services.

Brigade Mondaine has no control over, and is in no way responsible for, any taxes or customs duties required by the country of destination to be paid by the customer, and cannot predict the time required for customs clearance.

La Brigade Mondaine cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery due to customs.

In case of refusal of the parcel by the customer or the refusal to pay the customs duties or possible taxes, the sums possibly requested to Brigade Mondaine to recover the parcel will be deducted from the final credit made to the customer.

Products made to order or made to measure (as indicated in the product sheets), will have longer delivery times, as indicated in their respective product sheets. These delays may, depending on the specific case, reach 75 days. These products cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded.

If the order includes products with heterogeneous processing and shipping times, Brigade Mondaine, to optimize the quality of service may proceed to send the products separately. This information appears on the sheets of the products possibly concerned and does not give rise to additional delivery costs.

In spite of the care taken by Brigade Mondaine in the preparation of the parcels, it is possible that a Product may be missing. In the same way, after transport, one of the Products may prove to be defective. This is why, on receipt of his order, the Customer must check the conformity of the products received. Any anomaly concerning the delivery will have to be notified, the same day of the reception or at the latest the first working day following the reception, to the customer service, by email addressed to : contact@brigademondaine.fr

If these conditions are met and the Customer's request is founded, Brigade Mondaine will proceed, at the Customer's choice, and, if not expressed, at Brigade Mondaine's choice, either to the exchange and reshipment of the missing product of the same color and size if this product is still in stock, at Brigade Mondaine's expenses, or to a credit note, or to the reimbursement of the product's price.

Article 4. 1 Distance selling - Cooling off period - Defective, non-conforming or non-received products - Cancellation, Return, Refund & Credit note

In application of European Directive 2011/83/EC on consumer rights and the French Consumer Code (Hamon law). In accordance with the Hamon law of March 18, 2014, underwear is one of the products falling within the scope of so-called exception goods.

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (formerly Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code), the customer is hereby informed that the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in certain cases, in particular in the event that the products have been worn by the consumer, for reasons of hygiene.

The return will be accepted only if "the returned products do not show any unsealing by the consumer after delivery" (protections torn off, labels removed, obvious wear of the product, smell of perfume, perspiration ...) "and which can not be returned to the seller for reasons of hygiene or health protection".

Although by law we are not obliged to take back lingerie, customer satisfaction is a priority for the Fashion Brigade.

If the Product delivered does not meet your expectations, the Brigade Mondaine undertakes to take it back from you under the following conditions:

- You have a cooling-off period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the order to notify us of your intention to cancel your purchase, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121-16 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Any return not notified will be refused and not taken into account. You must first inform us of your intention to return your parcel by e-mail to: contact@brigademondaine.fr or by registered post to MAISONS DN - 4 Rue du Fer à Moulin 75005 PARIS - FRANCE.

- A return form will be sent to you by e-mail, an essential document for the processing of your request. If the form is missing or incomplete, your request will not be taken into account.

- You must return the products accompanied by the completed and signed return form, no later than 14 days after the request of your withdrawal (the deadline will be indicated on the return form as well as in the email of support that will be sent to you), pursuant to the provisions of Articles L 121-16 and following of the Consumer Code (Hamon Law 2014).

The goods must be returned to MAISONS DN - 4 Rue du Fer à Moulin 75005 PARIS - FRANCE - France at your expense and under your responsibility (you are responsible for insuring transport) in perfect condition for resale, in the original packaging, with all labels (not removed or cut), and showing no trace, shock or odor. Products must not have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged, and must be free of body odor, perfume or detergent...

The Brigade Mondaine could not be held responsible for a possible delay or loss due to the conveyor. It is therefore strongly advised to return your order in a tracked parcel and delivered against signature. In the case of a return from a country outside the EEC, it is up to the buyer to proceed to the customs declaration and to indicate that it is a return on the forms of the chosen carrier. Brigade Mondaine reserves the right to refuse the return if customs fees are requested, or to deduct these fees from the final credit amount.

The Brigade Mondaine accepts the return of the products, only and only if, these last ones do not comprise any trace of dirtiness, odor or any other mark of use. The Brigade Mondaine thus reserves the right to refuse a product considered as not resaleable in the state. The Brigade Mondaine is the only one to be able to note the state of these products and its opinion is authentic. In the case of a refusal of the return for reason of products become unsuitable for the resale, the articles will then be forwarded as is to the customer, only after payment of the forwarding expenses by the customer.

For obvious reasons of hygiene, items such as intimate accessories (plugs, sex toys, rosebuds, etc.) and erotic cosmetics are not allowed, breast jewelry (nippies, pasties...), foot accessories, stockings and tights, body jewelry or intimate jewelry (such as Fungi - Elica D'Oro, Upko), body harnesses, thongs or body jewelry (such as Lucky Cheeks, Couture de Nuit or Bracli) and all "sexual" products are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalised by the Customer.

Creations made to order by designers Una Burke, Lauren Dickinson Clarke, INCARNEM by Marine Billet, Fräulein Kink, Ludovica Martire, Baed Stories, SPNKD, KILTER, KAIMIN Official, Asche & Gold, Couture de Nuit, Crystal Eyez, Adele Brydges, Elif Domanic, FIGURE OF A, POSIE Lingerie and HERVÉ by Céline Marie or any other item indicated in the product sheet as such, are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer.

The brands in liquidation such as Bluebella, Dora Larsen, Opaak, Superbe, Ruban Noir as well as the products proposed in the category SALE - END OF COLLECTIONS - OUTLET - PRIVATE SALE are neither taken back nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order finalized by the Customer. These products are heavily discounted and automatically sealed before dispatch to the customer.

The gift packaging are neither taken back nor exchanged. The event products made in LIMITED EDITION are neither returned nor exchanged. The Brigade Mondaine sets are neither returned nor exchanged.

Standard or express shipping and return costs are not reimbursed. If the initial delivery of the products was free of charge, therefore at the expense of Brigade Mondaine, the flat-rate delivery costs may be deducted from the final credit note, unless Brigade Mondaine can be held responsible for the causes of the error, or if the product is defective.

Subject to compliance with the above provisions, the company MAISONS DN will issue the credit note valid for 1 year, products for the amount stated on the order form within 15 days of receipt of products. 

The credit note is non-transferable and must be spent in one go, on one and the same order, the amount of which must be equal to or greater than the total amount of the said credit note. The payment of the purchases can be completed by another means of payment if the total of the order is higher than the amount of the said credit. The credit note is valid for the entire store, excluding gift cards. A credit note cannot be reimbursed in any way.

An order paid partially or totally with a credit note, then returned at the request of the customer, will result in a second and final credit note. The initial credit note will not be reissued more than twice.

The customer has a period of 60 working days from the date of dispatch of the order to request cancellation of the sale and reimbursement of the articles on the grounds that they have not been delivered. No delivery dispute will be accepted after this period.

Orders paid for using Gift Card(s) are subject to the regulations in force.

E-Gift Cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

In the event of cancellation or return of part or all of the order, at the customer's request, PayPal fees (the commission is made up of a fixed amount (0.35€) and a percentage of the total sum (2.9%)), Stripe or Mollie will be deducted from the overall credit note as they cannot be recovered by Brigade Mondaine.

We don't make any exchanges unless it's a mistake by Brigade Mondaine. For a change of size and/or model, we invite you to place a new order.

Article 5. Shipping costs

• FRANCE METROPOLITAN (except Corsica) - EXPRESS Delivery : Fixed fee of 19 euros TTC 

• EU & Corsica - ECO delivery - Order > €150: Free*.
• EU & Corsica - ECO delivery - Order < €150: Flat-rate charge of €19 excluding tax.

Article 6. Private showroom - Personal appointment

Brigade Mondaine offers its customers the possibility of reserving its showroom at Paris 5 for a specific period, during a totally private and personalized appointment for up to 2 people, via a Reservation Page on the brigademondaine.fr and brigademondaine.com websites.

The terms and conditions are specified on the booking page and reiterated in all e-mails received by the customer. Brigade Mondaine has chosen not to ask for a bank loan to validate the reservation, although a minimum purchase is required. The prices of the products presented are identical to those on the site, and are displayed on a digital medium that the customer can consult.

According to the consumer code, there is no retraction period for a purchase in a store. A purchase made in a store is considered firm and definitive.
In case of defective product, Brigade Mondaine applies the legal guarantee of conformity (art. - L.211-1 and following of the code of the consumption) and commits itself to repair or replace the bought object or, in case of impossibility, to refund you it.

Customers residing outside the European Union can benefit from an exemption from French VAT on certain personal purchases. This benefit may be granted subject to conditions of residence, status, purchase values, lead times, etc., and compliance with the appropriate customs formalities.

If the customer's usual place of residence is outside the European Union (EU) or in a non-EU country, value-added tax (VAT) can be deducted from the price of goods purchased in France. Approval by the customs office at the point of exit from the EU grants the seller definitive exemption from VAT. It is the seller's responsibility to reimburse the tax-free amount on the basis of the customs visa. The customer must be able to prove these qualities at the time of purchase, in particular by presenting a passport or, by exception, an original valid identity document if you are resident in a country outside the European Union but belonging to the Schengen area (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland or Liechtenstein).

Regardless of their nationality, customers permanently resident in :

• in a country outside the European Union,
• in the overseas collectivities of the French Republic: French Polynesia, the
  New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, the French Southern and
  French Antarctic islands, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélémy,

  San Marino, Gibraltar, the Dutch part of Saint Martin, the island of Heligoland and the territory of

  In addition, the customer must :
• be at least 16 years old,
• transport the goods and handle customs formalities himself,
• be resident in a non-EU country at the time of purchase, and be passing through the EU
  European for less than 6 months.

Sales must be made on a retail basis and never have the character of a commercial supply. There is a limit of 15 copies of any one item.
The amount of purchases made on the same day*, in the same store, must be greater than or equal to €175.01 including tax.

Duty-free sales are not compulsory. The buyer cannot impose it on the seller. The seller may charge a handling fee, and therefore not deduct the full amount of VAT from the buyer. However, he must undertake to refund a certain amount at the time of purchase.

The tax refund slip is sent to the customer by e-mail. A handling fee is applied (up to 13 % of the total purchase amount).

Article 6.1 VIP PASS and Discount - Private showroom - Personal appointment

Brigade Mondaine offers its customers the opportunity to purchase a VIP PASS. The VIP PASS is a gift card purchased on the Brigade Mondaine website that offers a package of a predetermined amount, to be used exclusively during an appointment in the showroom, on physical sale.

The VIP PASS offers exclusive advantages.

The VIP PASS cannot be discounted, returned, cancelled or refunded.

The VIP PASS is valid for a maximum of 1 year. No delay will be granted on its validity.

The VIP PASS is sent by e-mail.

The VIP PASS is non-transferable and must be spent in one go, on a single appointment, the amount of which must be equal to or greater than the total amount of the PASS.

Purchases may be paid for by another means of payment if the total is greater than the PASS amount.

Saturday's VIP events are subject to a deposit of 500 euros at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from purchases on the day of the appointment. If purchases exceed the amount of the deposit, the customer may pay the difference by credit card or in euros.

Payment of the deposit commits the customer to attending the appointment on the date chosen. The appointment can be rescheduled to a later date if, and only if, the customer notifies our services by email no later than the day before the appointment. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

In any case, deposits paid for Saturday VIP appointments are valid for 1 year. Deposits are neither transferable to another customer nor refundable.

Article 7. Personal information

Brigade Mondaine undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated, except the service provider in charge of the delivery of the products. This information is confidential. They will be used to process your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and the product offer reserved to the customers of Brigade Mondaine, in particular via the newsletter.

This article shall not prevent the overall sale of the company or the transfer of activities to a third party. Consequently, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him/her. The site Brigade Mondaine has been declared to the CNIL under the number 1620071.

Article 8. Force majeure and legal and regulatory provisions

8.1. Force majeure

In the presence of an event constituting force majeure, the delivery of the product will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure.
In the event that a case of force majeure prevents the delivery of a Product beyond a period of one month from the date of its order, either Party may terminate the contract for the sale of the Product by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the other Party. In this case, Brigade Mondaine may not honour the order, and will have to reimburse the Customer for the price of the Product.

8.2. Compliance with the legislation and customs of the country of delivery

Some legislation restricts the import of erotic products. Find out about the legislation in force in your country before ordering on the site. Brigade Mondaine cannot be held responsible for the non-conformity of the order with the legislation in force in the Customer's country outside France.
Customs taxes
Customs or import taxes are due as soon as the package reaches its country of destination. You must pay any additional customs clearance taxes. Brigade Mondaine has no control over these taxes and cannot predict them, as customs policies vary greatly from one country to another. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

8.3. Intellectual property rights

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the sites published by MAISONS DN are reserved under copyright and intellectual property and for the entire world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property, only use for private use is permitted subject to different provisions, even more restrictive, of the code of intellectual property. Any other use constitutes an infringement and is punishable under the Intellectual Property unless prior authorization of MAISONS DN. Any total or partial reproduction of sites published by MAISONS DN is strictly prohibited.
The use on the site, in particular in the Product sheets, of visuals of which Brigade Mondaine does not hold the rights is done with the agreement of the authors or the physical or moral person holding the rights. Their rights are therefore also reserved under copyright and intellectual property and any other use than for private use is constitutive of counterfeiting and sanctioned under the Intellectual Property. The visuals present in the product sheets cannot be considered as contractual because most of them are retouched.

8.4. Applicable law - Jurisdiction - Mediation

The present general conditions of sale and the contractual relations between Brigade Mondaine and the Customer are strictly subjected to the French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought by the Parties before any legal action. The European Commission provides an online platform for dispute resolution facilitating the independent settlement of disputes between consumers and professionals in the European Union by extrajudicial means.
