Brigade Mondaine is a trademark registered with INPI since 2012 under number 3929948.
MAISON BM is a limited liability company registered with the RCS of Paris under SIREN number 753 671 684.
Intracommunity VAT FR63753671684 and EORI FR75367168400011.

The company publishes the websites brigademondaine.fr and brigademondaine.com (hereinafter "Brigade Mondaine").

The sites allow the on-line purchase of designer lingerie and accessories. Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1. Products and contractual information

1.1 Products

The Products offered for sale are those displayed on the sites on the day of consultation, within the limit of available stocks. They comply with French legislation and applicable standards.
Photographs, texts, graphics and characteristics are provided for information only and have no contractual value. Brigade Mondaine cannot be held responsible for any errors or modifications.

1.2 Gift cards

The Gift Card is purchased like any other product. It is sent by email to the default purchaser or to the beneficiary designated in the order.
Valid for one year from date of purchase.
The Gift Card is non-transferable and can be used only once.
It is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
It is not subject to VAT.

1.3 Prices, VAT and customs duties

Prices are in euros and payable in euros. VAT is automatically calculated when the basket is validated.
Prices are automatically adjusted according to the country of delivery:
a. Customers in France and the European Union. Display incl. VAT
b. Customers in North and South America. Display in US dollars (USD), excluding taxes
c. Customers outside the European Union. Display exclusive of tax in the currency of the country of delivery when supported. Otherwise, displayed in euros.

Since July 1, 2021, Brigade Mondaine has been applying the VAT reform via the OSS one-stop shop.

Shipments to the United States
Since August 29, 2025, all goods shipped to the USA have been subject to taxation from the first euro of declared value.
Shipments are made DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties and taxes not included in the price paid, payable by the recipient directly to the carrier, notably FedEx, at the time of delivery.

For orders outside the European UnionImport duties and taxes are set by the customs authorities of the country of destination and remain the responsibility of the Customer. Brigade Mondaine cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs formalities.

1.4 Special and customized orders

Custom-made products may require up to 75 working days. These products cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded.

1.5 Promotional offers

Promotional offers cannot be combined, are valid once per order and do not apply to shipping costs unless otherwise stated. They do not apply to Gift Cards or products marked as non-discounted. They are not retroactive and cannot be converted into cash.

1.6 Product safety

In accordance with the European GPSR regulation, law of December 13, 2024, Brigade Mondaine ensures transparency on the traceability of Products online and in its private area. The information displayed comes from the brands and designers.

Article 2. Orders and payments

2.1 Identification

To place an order, you need to create a customer account with your first and last name, address, telephone number and email address.

2.2 Validation

Validation implies acceptance of the GCS. The sale is concluded upon full payment.

2.3 Online and in-store order payment

The customer has several means of payment to settle his order.

PayPal (in one or more instalments)
Payment via PayPal allows you to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Carte Bancaire Nationale, Aurore, VPay, Cofinoga Privilège, Cofidis 4 étoiles, Discover, Maestro...), bank account or PayPal balance.
No additional charges are applied by Brigade Mondaine.
Payment in 4 instalments without charge is possible via PayPal, subject to acceptance by the latter. In the event of acceptance, the contract is concluded directly between the Customer and PayPal, which acts as lender. Brigade Mondaine does not intervene in this contract.

Payment is 100 % secure and encrypted (SSL and TLS). Bank details do not pass through Brigade Mondaine's servers.
In the event of cancellation of the order at the Customer's request, the non-recoverable PayPal fees will be deducted from the refund.

Mollie and Stripe (credit and debit cards)
Mollie and Stripe allow payment by credit and debit cards. No additional charges are applied by Brigade Mondaine.
Payments are secured by strong authentication and encryption (SSL, HSTS, AES-256). Our platforms are PCI DSS-certified, an international data security standard.
Brigade Mondaine never has access to bank details and keeps no trace of them.
In the event of cancellation of the order at the Customer's request, any non-recoverable Mollie or Stripe fees will be deducted from the refund.

Klarna (payment in 3 free instalments from €500)
Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Finland and France can pay in three instalments free of charge.
Expenses are fully covered by Brigade Mondaine.
The direct debit schedule and amounts are displayed during the transaction and sent by email to the customer.
Eligibility requirements: individuals of legal age and professionals residing in mainland France, holders of a Visa, Mastercard or Carte Bancaire bank card issued in the countries concerned, valid for at least one month after the last expiry date. Systematic authorization, prepaid, virtual, foreign or credit cards are not accepted.
The customer authorizes the service provider to collect the sums due on the scheduled dates and accepts that the claim may be assigned to a third party.
The conditions of return are those of the present GTC. Gift Cards are not eligible for payment in instalments.

Cryptocurrency payments via UTRUST
Brigade Mondaine accepts payments in digital currencies via the UTRUST platform.
Payment is secure and simple, made by scanning a QR code. Transactions are fast and low-cost.

In the event of cancellation or return of an order paid for in crypto-currencies, no refund in euros is possible. Only a credit note valid for one year will be issued. Non-recoverable UTRUST fees are deducted from the credit note.

SEPA bank transfer
Bank charges related to the transfer are the responsibility of the Customer. Brigade Mondaine must receive the net amount of the order.
The customer must specify his name and order number in the wording. The order will only be dispatched once the funds have been received.

Other payment methods
Depending on local availability: Giropay, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Belfius Direct Net, KBC CBC, Przelewy24, Sofort Banking.

Gift cards
Brigade Mondaine Gift Cards can be used to pay for all or part of an order.
They are sent by email or post.
Valid for one year from date of purchase.
The Gift Card is non-transferable and can be used only once.
If the order amount is less than the Card value, the balance is lost.
If the amount of the order is higher, the Customer completes the order by another means of payment.
Gift Cards can be combined with each other, with current promotions and with free delivery.
They are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Their purchase is not subject to VAT.

In-store payment
Purchases made directly in the Paris 5 private store are paid for by credit card via TPE (Terminal de Paiement Électronique). Payments are immediate and secure.
Brigade Mondaine Gift Cards are also accepted for in-store purchases, subject to the above conditions.

2.4 Confirmation

A summary email is sent after payment.

2.5 Anti-fraud controls

Brigade Mondaine reserves the right to request proof of payment before validating an order.

2.6 Tax-free purchasing

Customers residing and delivering outside the EU benefit from VAT-free invoicing.

Article 3. Delivery

3.1 Deadlines

• Standard orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day and dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Express orders same conditions.
• Click and Collect before 12pm, collection from 1pm the same day.

3.2 Packaging

Discreet parcels, products protected and wrapped in tissue paper.

3.3 Modes and deadlines

• France: Standard 2 to 3 working days, Express 12 to 24 hours
• International: Standard 2 to 10 working days, Express 2 working days

3.4 Click and Collect

Pick-up possible in the Paris 5 private store, at a time confirmed by email.

3.5 Customs and responsibilities

The customer must not accept a damaged or open parcel.
Customs duties and import taxes are set by the customs authorities of the country of destination and remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer is solely responsible for complying with the legislation in force in his/her country concerning the importation of Products purchased. Certain items may be subject to local restrictions or prohibited from import. For example, scented candles may not be imported into the United States.

Dangerous or flammable products, explosive materials: explosives, dangerous substances, flammable items and any product containing built-in batteries are subject to strict international transport regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether these products can be imported into their country.

In the event of refusal of the parcel by the Customer, non-payment of duties and taxes due or local import prohibition, the costs invoiced to Brigade Mondaine to recover the parcel will be charged to the Customer.
If the parcel is destroyed by the local authorities or returned to us, the full cost of this procedure (transport, customs, destruction or repatriation) will also be charged to the Customer and deducted from any credit note.

Brigade Mondaine cannot be held responsible in the event of blocking, seizure, prohibition or destruction of Products by local authorities due to regulations applicable in the country of delivery.

3.6 Damaged or incomplete products

Customers must check their orders on receipt. Any anomaly must be reported the same day or the first working day thereafter to contact@brigademondaine.fr.
If the complaint is well-founded, Brigade Mondaine will either exchange and reship the identical product subject to stock and at its own expense, or issue a credit note, or refund the price of the product.

Article 4. Returns, retractions and refunds

4.1 Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 clear days to notify his intention to withdraw, excluding legal exclusions.
Request by email to contact@brigademondaine.fr or by registered mail to MAISON BM, 4 Rue du Fer à Moulin, 75005 Paris.
A return form is sent to you and must be completed and signed. No returns will be accepted without this document.

4.2 Return conditions

Products must be returned within 14 days, at the Customer's expense and responsibility. They must be in perfect condition for resale, unworn, unwashed, odorless, in the original packaging, with labels intact. Any product deemed unfit for resale will be refused.

4.3 Excluded products

No returns, exchanges or refunds: lingerie in contact with intimate parts, erotic accessories, intimate cosmetics, breast jewelry, foot accessories, stockings and tights, body and intimate jewelry, harnesses and jewelry bodysuits, BDSM accessories, personalized or made-to-order products, sold-out products, outlet, liquidation, limited editions, gift wrapping, gift card orders.

4.4 Non-delivery

The customer has sixty (60) working days from the date of the order to declare a non-delivery. Once this period has elapsed, no complaint will be accepted, as no investigation can be opened with the carrier.

4.5 Refunds and credit notes

Subject to the above conditions, a credit note equivalent to the returned items will be issued within 15 days.
It is valid for one year, can be used in one go, cannot be split up and cannot be reimbursed in cash.
A credit note used for a returned order will only be reissued once.
Initial and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for errors attributable to Brigade Mondaine or defective products.
In the event of cancellation before dispatch or return, non-recoverable PayPal, Stripe or Mollie commissions will be deducted.

4.6 Exchanges

No exchange is offered unless an error is attributable to Brigade Mondaine. For another size or model, a new order is required.

Article 5. Shipping costs

FRANCE : Eco delivery free from 50 euros, otherwise 10 euros incl. tax. Express delivery 20 euros incl. VAT.
EU : Eco delivery free for orders over 250 euros, otherwise 20 euros plus VAT. Express delivery 30 euros excl.
United States : fixed price 50 euros excl.
Other destinations : Eco delivery free for orders over 500 euros, otherwise 30 euros plus VAT. Express delivery 50 euros excl.

Eco delivery uses the least expensive carrier and may include a relay point. This method is not insured.

Article 6. Private store and VIP appointments

6.1 Private appointments

The Paris 5 private boutique is accessible by private appointment for up to two people. Online booking recommended.
Prices are identical to those on the website.
Purchases in private stores are firm and final.
Customers outside the EU: tax refunds available subject to legal conditions.

6.2 VIP passes and deposits

The VIP Pass is a gift card valid for one year for an appointment in a private boutique. Non-breakable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
Saturday VIP appointments require a deposit of 750 euros. This is deducted from purchases on the day. The deposit is forfeited if cancellation is not notified by the day before.

Article 7. Personal data

The data collected is used for order processing and customer communication.
In accordance with the RGPD and the Data Protection Act, the Customer has rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability.

Article 8. Force majeure, legislation and intellectual property

8.1 Force majeure

In the event of force majeure preventing delivery beyond one month, either party may terminate the sale. Brigade Mondaine will refund the price of the undelivered Product.

8.2 Local legislation and customs

The Customer must verify the legality of importing the Products into his country. Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

8.3 Intellectual property

All elements of the sites are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Visuals are retouched and non-contractual.

8.4 Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, amicable settlement is preferred. The customer may use the European platform for online dispute resolution.
