Hand wash only - Do not bleach - Avoid harsh detergents - Do not wring - Do not tumble dry - Lay flat to dry - Keep out of direct sunlight.

Fill a clean basin or sink with lukewarm or cold water. Add a small amount of mild, pH-neutral soap and wash by hand with water. We recommend using baby shampoo. Soak your lingerie, gently agitating the water with your hands to distribute the soap. Leave the lingerie to soak for a maximum of five minutes. Drain the soapy water and rinse your silk lingerie under cold running water. Rinse until all soap residue is removed. Do not wring it out, and dry it thoroughly by laying it flat on a towel. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, to ensure the longevity of your beautiful Valnue lingerie.

The brands in liquidation such as Bluebella, Dora Larsen, Opaak, Superbe, Ruban Noir as well as the products proposed in the category SALE - END OF COLLECTIONS - OUTLET - PRIVATE SALE are neither taken back nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order finalized by the Customer. These products are heavily discounted and automatically sealed before dispatch to the customer.

The gift packaging are neither taken back nor exchanged. The event products made in LIMITED EDITION are neither returned nor exchanged. The Brigade Mondaine sets are neither returned nor exchanged.
