Foot accessories, stockings and tights, latex creations, costumes (such as Baed Stories...), Crystal Eyez and Elif Domanic creations made to order, candles and perfumes or any other item indicated in the product sheet as such, are neither taken back nor exchanged nor refunded, once the order has been finalised by the Customer.
Brands in liquidation such as Bluebella, Dora Larsen, Loveday London, Opaak, Superbe, Ruban Noir as well as the products offered in the category END OF COLLECTIONS or OUTLET (Sales) are neither taken back nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalised by the Customer. These products benefit from an important discount and are sealed automatically before shipment to the customer.
Baed Stories candles made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift packaging is neither taken back nor exchanged.
