All orders are delivered with free standard gift wrapping, with the option of adding a personal message.

A deluxe Signature Brigade Mondaine gift pack, including a satin pouch, a choker and a customizable card, is available for a fee at checkout.

Brigade Mondaine does not charge taxes (VAT FR 20%) for customers outside the EU.

To benefit from this, the customer must reside and be delivered outside the EU.

Products excluded from return, exchange or refund
For reasons of hygiene, all items for intimate or sexual use cannot be returned. This includes

• Lingerie in contact with intimate parts (bodysuits, thongs, etc.)
• Erotic accessories (plugs, sex toys, strap-ons, harnesses...)
• Intimate cosmetics
• Breast jewelry (nippies, pasties, clips)
• Foot accessories, stockings and tights
• Body and intimate jewelry
• Harnesses, thongs or jewelled bodysuits
• Most BDSM accessories

Products customized or made to order by our designers for Brigade Mondaine (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A, HERVÉ by Céline Marie, RE:STRICT) or identified as such on the product sheet are neither returned nor exchanged. These items are specially prepared and packaged for each customer. We recommend that you come and try them on in store.

Products on sale, outlet or liquidation cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The same applies to limited-edition products, gift packaging and orders placed with gift cards.

Gift packaging are neither returned nor exchanged. LIMITED EDITION event products are neither returned nor exchanged.

We strongly advise you to come in store try out these prestigious brands.

re:strict leather accessories are intended for decorative or fashion use.
Under normal conditions of use, they present no known risk to health, safety or the environment.
However, small metal parts can present a choking hazard if misused by children.

Please avoid excessive contact with water, such as wearing a corset in heavy rain, as this may alter the shape, suppleness, texture or color of the leather.
Do not apply creams, oils, solvents or other substances not intended for use on the skin: they may cause darkening or discoloration.

Vegetable-tanned leather is sensitive to mechanical aggression.
Scratches, rubbing or marks left by hard objects under pressure are normal effects of use.

These products are intended for adults only, and should be stored away from heat, moisture and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Not recommended for people allergic to leather or metal (some parts contain nickel) without prior testing.
