Maintenance recommendations

We advise you to store your jewelry in a box or bag, away from humidity and air in a dry and dark place.

Avoid direct contact with corrosive agents such as soap, cream, perspiration, water, sunlight, heat, oils, perfume, make-up, hairspray and other chemicals. Do not wear your jewelry in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sea or when bathing or showering.

To clean your jewellery, rub it with a soft dry cloth before storing it.

Remember that your jewelry is the last thing you put on and the last thing you take off.

Creations made to order by the designers (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Fräulein Kink, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A and HERVÉ by Céline Marie) for Brigade Mondaine, or any other item indicated in the product sheet as such, are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer.

Products in SALE - OUTLET are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable once the order has been finalized by the customer. These products are heavily discounted and automatically sealed before shipment to the customer.

Gift packaging are neither returned nor exchanged. LIMITED EDITION event products cannot be returned or exchanged. SETS Brigade Mondaine cannot be returned or exchanged.
